Subject: Event Update – Houston National Cemetery Service Project Canceled Due to Government Shutdown
Dear PAH Members and Volunteers,
Due to the ongoing federal government shutdown, access to the Houston National Cemetery has been temporarily suspended. Unfortunately, this means we must cancel the Veterans Committee Service Project scheduled for Monday, October 27, 2025.
We fully intend to reschedule this meaningful event once the shutdown ends and the cemetery reopens to volunteer activities.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we honor our nation’s heroes. We’ll share the new date as soon as possible.
